Making jam seems like an old fashioned thing to do, but once you try it you'll be astounded by the fresh flavors of this blackberry raspberry version.
Place in a pot of boiling water. Make sure the jars are covered with 2-inches of water. Boil for 10 minutes. Remove from water and place on layers of clean towels until cool and jars have sealed.
Makes about 6-8 8-oz jars
