This No-Cook Cranberry Apple Relish is a quick and easy recipe to make with cranberries, raspberries, apples, and orange marmalade. It's the perfect bright and refreshing relish to pair with savory holiday dishes.
Gather fresh cranberries, fresh or frozen raspberries, Honeycrisp apples (or your favorite apple), orange marmalade, and a bit of cane sugar.
Toss all of the ingredients into the bowl of a food processor fitted with a metal blade. Pulse on and off until relish is a chunky consistency. For a smoother consistency, just pulse a little longer.
Store the relish in a container with a lid. It tastes best when enjoyed within a day or so, but it will keep fresh in the refrigerator for up to a week.
To freeze: Transfer the cranberry orange relish to an airtight container and store in the freezer for up to 2 months. Thaw the container in the refrigerator overnight before serving cold.
