  • 4 cups fresh pressed apple juice
  • 2 cups fresh pear juice
  • 2 cups fresh orange juice
  • 1/4 cup organic rose petals
  • 5-6 cardamom pods


  1. In a 4.5 to 5 quart pot gently heat apple, pear, and orange juices.  DO NOT BOIL.  Stir in rose petals and cardamon pods.  Once steam barely begins to rise, remove from heat and cover.  Allow to steep for 30 minutes.  Pour warm juice through a fine sieve to remove petals and cardamom.  Discard.  Gently reheat before serving.
