Our Christmas Eve Dinner

It's crunch time!  Christmas is coming whether I am ready or not. The stockings are hung, the halls are decked and my chocolates are finally dipped and delivered.  Time to make preparations for our Christmas Eve feast.  Here are some of our favorite dishes.

Slow Roasted Prime Rib aka Roast Beast

Orange Fennel and Pomegranate Salad with Toasted Hazelnuts

Chocolate Mint Brownies

La Bete Noire a flourless chocolate torte

Chocolate Pot de Creme

Just for kicks and giggles, we have to have Churros and Hot Chocolate during the holidays.

That's a lot of chocolate.

This amazing family will fill my home soon.

From my family to yours, may you have a merry Christmas filled with family, food and joy.
