Jamaican Jerk Chicken is on it's way!

Hang on!  I'm in the process of making Jamaican Jerk Chicken.  It will knock your socks off - literally!  The chicken needs to marinate for 24 hours.  I'll get the photo's of the grilling process tomorrow then post in the evening.

My life:  Just returned from Boston (fastest Boston eveah).  Moved number one son home from college for the summer.  Have daughter number two returning from college today.  She is the bridesmaid for a friend's wedding tomorrow and has one day to pack for a Humanities tour of Europe.  Meeting tonight and Project Runway catch up with daughter number two.  Wedding and reception tomorrow.  Aunt Stella's 80th birthday party Saturday (wouldn't miss it for the world) and pack daughter number two for Europe.  Sunday rest (hahaha).    I'm obviously ignoring daughter number one and grandchildren and number two son.  Ahhh Laurel lesson Sunday!!

Next Week:  Monday have daughter number two to airport by 6:00 a.m. Then I will spend the week gardening and blogging.  Best of all I can return to running.

We are total converts! Wow! So thank you!! I'll be trying your stuff more! One request: could you put the Serving Size on each recipe? i.e. Serves 4-6 people. Merci!

  5. Andrea, I'm so glad you bought a cast iron pot. You will love it. Try a pot roast, it will turn out awesome in the new pot of yours. I use mine for everything. Orange Chocolate chip sounds divine!
